Since the establishment of our system of Thematic Editors about two years ago, the journal has greatly benefited from their contribution in initial peer review of manuscripts, in recommending worthy research results and in helping the overall system of running this journal. With this issue we feel proud to add our fourth Thematic Editor to this honor roll, Dr. Judith Chow, Nazir and Mary Ansari Chair Research Professor in Entrepreneurialism and Science in the Division of Atmospheric Sciences at the Desert Research Institute in USA, who has over 30 years of experience in atmospheric, air quality, and environmental health research and education.
